These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArcGenerations, a private family-tree and family-community web application operated by AR Consulting Pros LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using ArcGenerations, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
ArcGenerations is intended for adults (18 or older) managing family tree and family community information. Children may appear as entries in a family tree added by a parent or guardian, but children do not create their own accounts. Access to the app requires an account, and new accounts require approval by an administrator before gaining full access - this is a private, invite-oriented family space, not a public social network.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised. You may sign up with an email and password, or via Google or Facebook Login.
A family tree, by nature, involves information about people other than the account holder. You may see entries, photos, or details added by a relative about you or about people you know. If a relative has added you to the tree, you can "claim" that entry and take control of it once you create your own account. If you believe information about you is inaccurate, you can edit it yourself once claimed, or contact an administrator of your family's tree.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you personally add, and for having a reasonable basis to believe it's appropriate to share with your family circle (for example, not posting another person's private information, like a phone number, without their knowledge).
You retain ownership of the photos, posts, stories, and other content you upload to ArcGenerations. By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content to the family members and connections you've shared it with, solely for the purpose of operating the app. We don't sell your content, use it for advertising, or share it outside the app.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to act on reports submitted through the app's reporting feature.

Administrators of your family's ArcGenerations instance can approve or decline new signups, review reports of misuse, and remove content or accounts that violate these Terms. This approval process exists to help keep the family space trustworthy and to reduce the risk of impersonation or scams.
You can stop using ArcGenerations and request deletion of your account at any time - see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ArcGenerations is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, AR Consulting Pros LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ArcGenerations, including damages related to family tree data accuracy, content shared by other users, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify active users within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
