Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your ArcGenerations account and personal data at any time. Here's exactly how it works:

1Submit a request. If you're signed in, use the form below. If you'd rather not sign in, email privacy@arcgenerations.com from the address associated with your account.

2We review it. An administrator confirms the request is legitimate - usually within a few days.

3Your account and data are removed. Your login, profile, posts, listings, and memories you created are deleted. As noted in our Privacy Policy, a family-tree "person" entry that other relatives depend on for the shared tree may be retained in de-identified form rather than deleted outright, since it's collaborative family data. We're glad to talk through specifics by email.
